Since being bought by VC it is very different. Over $1B in sales and no longer customer focused.

We do strive to be a destination career choice for folks in the industry and it is good to get feedback like yours. Being owned by a private equity firm is certainly a different "feeling" but we do believe that we are taking advantage of the unique opportunities that being a part of a larger group provide including better employee and customer experiences. We still can improve though and use feedback like yours to keep us focused on that. Thanks again.
