      great company to work for if, generally get 40+ hours a week, get raises based on performance reviews, always pushing you to move up in the company

      Cons

      a good number of people upstream in the job site process let thing slide or don't do their part which causes headaches for the install teams and sometimes rework, many installers/leads do subpar work and work slow or short days to stretch the job out instead of finishing it early or even on time, always pushing you to move up in the company even if your happy and do a good job where your at

Regarding the dependence on others, we are definitely a company that relies on others to create the whole mosaic, and we don't always capture that like we should. We are proud of the tenured and experienced team members who continue to make this their home. We appreciate you acknowledging that. In regards to mandatory performance reviews, in Fall 2020, we did begin a redesign around performance management that will provide more meaningful and regular conversations between team members and their managers regarding performance and career growth. Hopefully, you will check back in sometime in the near future to share how that evolution is going. Thanks again for the feedback.
