Pros

- Van - Gas card - Great health insurance (PPO) - Excellent Management - Good pay - Lots of overtime available to take or decline - Flexible with hours - Management is very connected with the workers - Tons of work (great job security)

Cons

- Lack of techs - Expense reports for parking to get reimbursed - Expensive health insurance (though great) - Low 401k Match - Low cell phone reimbursement ($20), you can also opt for a base model Android. - Engineers/Programmers are hit or miss. Sometimes they are fantastic, some are over worked and some are not great at their job.

The people. The people are the best to work with.

Cons

Way overworked. Can blame covid/economy but at the end of the day, workload has doubled/tripled in some cases and management is VERY slow to hire additional staff, address pay to reflect being overworked, or make improvements to the software used or processes in place.
