We always love to hear from current employees regarding how they think the employee experience is going, especially those who have been a part of our organization as long as you have. Thank you for your positive comments around compensation. While we know different people are motivated by different factors, compensation is obviously an important one to many. We would love to address your concern of leadership from team managers. If you do not feel comfortable speaking with your direct supervisor, please consider either going to the more senior leader in your office or bringing this to HR's attention. We appreciate the feedback and regret that your stay was not longer with us. CA is a burgeoning market for us and we are always looking to attract and retain great talent on the West Coast. Thank you for your comments about how you felt valued while a team member here. We are thankful for the amount of business that we are seeing around the country, especially in such a unique time, and do like to keep our folks engaged in delivering our best to our customers, but definitely don't want anyone to feel run down by the volume.
