      Pros

      Great People to work with. Company values it’s employees. Compensation is FMV. Decent advancement opportunities. Provides training to achieve career goals. Solid foundation.

      Cons

      Very heavy process work. Certain offices have turnover problems. Sales team has trouble understanding what they are selling, causing constant operational chaos. Projects need much better planning with clients ahead of operations handover. ERP and Sales software absurdly outdated and completely inefficient. PMs responsibilities far exceed PMs role/job description.

      Pros

      Great exposure to top end seven figure AV projects. Good systems in place to support most roles. 3 weeks PTO for new hires. Company provided vehicle. Strong safety record.

      Cons

      Turnover - Project managers and engineers are incredibly overworked. Company has a "never say no" mind set and accepts projects with insane deadlines, undersold hours and generally thin resources. This creates an environment where projects are poorly engineered, labor schedule is hectic, project managers miss things and upper management wonders why projects implode. Office politics and favoritism come into play, especially with distribution of prevailing wage projects. Misleading and dishonest supervisors trying to bend the company policies by saying paid training doesn't mean on the clock training, it just means paid for. Nearly impossible to get a raise without an ultimatum and an offer letter. Wages not competitive with market value by 30-40%. 401k contribution match changes every year, could be 1% or could be 8%, depending on profit margin of business prior year.
