Working at AVISPL has been great. My coworkers are very helpful, knowledgeable, and great people. My supervisors are always involved and help us with absolutely everything. I actually got the privilege of meeting upper management like the CEO and the guys that work closely with him and I must say I was very surprised. They took the time to talk to everyone and addressed any concerns we had within the company and if we had any ideas they listen and give us feedback. I have never worked for a company that cares so much about there employees and takes the time to get to know each individual employee. I highly recommend everyone that has an opportunity to work for AVI-SPL to take it.
