* Diverse Projects * Great training opportunities * Work from home * Many office locations to choose where you work * Very large pool of programmers and engineers to help solve issues * Management is doing the right things to grow the business * Financially sound * Great teams

Cons

* Could pay better and give bigger raises * Need to provide remote employees more test equipment to develop and test code * Same problems as every other AV company

Pros

The people. Honestly, the people. The reason I kept coming in every day is I honestly enjoyed my coworkers. There are truly some excellent people who work here and I genuinely enjoyed their company.

Cons

The insurance, or lack thereof. At this point it would honestly be more cost effective to just not have insurance. The miniscule raises and review system. The favoritism. If you're one of the favorites, your life is golden. If you aren't - be prepared to be overlooked. Management not understanding what the support staff does.
