      Pros

      Large company that operates in many locations, giving it a small company feel in many ways. This makes for a very positive experience for me. There are expectations and there is accountability, but with support and respect. My co-workers are competent. Management encourages feedback and new ideas.

      Cons

      Have not seen any significant ones in my time here. The company professes and lives good values for employees and customers. Everyone-at every level, even despite geographical or business focus differences, works together and is willing to help you out in any way they can.
