      Pros

      Work From Home; ok pay; lax atmosphere, seems like they try to make an effort to keep employees happy, not micromanaged.

      Cons

      Benefits need a lot of work, high middle management turnover, lack of input requested by workers seems like all input is made by middle management who do not work on the front lines, not many raises, salary caps are in place but you wont know it until you are in the door. Lack of communication between middle and upper management.

      Love the work, but could use more help

      Working with talented, supportive, dedicated, hard-working people who love this industry and work, having an amazing brain trust to utilize and learn from, having a stable work situation, having supportive direct management

      Cons

      Consistently understaffed, forcing people to do the work of several people, creating work/life unbalances and resulting in jobs suffering from lack of attention or mistakes made. Compensation could definitely be improved. Benefits are improving, but could still use further work.
