Pros
solid benefits; good and flexible work environment; opportunities for growth and advancement in most roles. able to take "risks" for exciting and newer projects at scale for customers.
Cons
company in transition from conglomerate of "local" branches to being a single global company. some internal systems are antiquated/ barely usable. sometimes field workers (install and service) not provided with tools needed to succeed. not clear on why some mid-managers continue to exist
