      Pros

      I really enjoy our working environment. My co-workers are great at their jobs as well as being good people.

      Cons

      Information regarding when employee reviews will occur, when raises will be implemented and when bonuses will be paid is lacking. There should be a set schedule where every employee can see when those events will occur.
