      Pros

      I joined the company in 2016 after recently being laid off. I was coming from a completely different industry but AVI-SPL valued my work ethic and attitude. I found those to be common themes, our region is full of people that work really well together, there are no egos that get in the way. It is truly a pleasure to come to work.

      Cons

      The only gripe I have is that annual reviews aren't tied to salary increases. Rather than a standard increase I wish that our performance dictated our increases.

      Pros

      I really like the people that I work with and I enjoy the flexibility of being able to work from home when I need to and not having a set schedule.

      Cons

      In my particular position there's no path for advancement my only option would be to change jobs. I also feel that I could/should be paid more. I am a long time employee with a vast amount of knowledge and experience that I don't feel properly compensated for.
