      Positive work environment. Nice working conditions. Innovative product. Industry leader. Customer focused and employee friendly. Action oriented. Involved in community. Genuine concern for employees.

      Cons

      401k match could be improved and offered more than annually. Although there was a 6 month match offered in 2017. Systems management (CRM and ERP) are insufficient. however, they are presently undergoing updating and conversion to newer technology.

      - Compensation somewhat lower than comparable work in other industries. - Pace of moving forward on strategic initiatives lags expectations.

      Autonomy... I feel I have the tools and freedom to do what is best for our clients, the company and myself. Makes for a wonderful environment to get things done.

      Cons

      Size makes it hard to understand all of the upper management and what they are doing. Change can be confusing and hard if its not understood.
