Many changes in top execs which seem to be positives to all, but the fact the changes are happening leaves a question on stability as prior execs were all reported to be the best. Cutting edge technology and venture capital ownership eager to grow the business makes growth a fun ride. Working with Fortune 100 clients develops great potential connections. Great upward mobility.
Cons
Too much new middle layer management without clarity of roles to all. Taking on projects that continually fail to deliver solid profits - too big, out of area, low margin - while worrying only about sales numbers and less about profits. Exec turnover as noted above - moves seem to be good and well received, but stability questions remain until time passes. Comp plans archaic in format. Very dated format with carrot dangling that is impossible to achieve or your role may not have any say in, etc. Pay vs others is lacking as well. Far too many calls, meetings, conferences for management.
