      Pros

      Internal Advancement opportunities are prominent within the company. many people have advanced through the ranks to hold Director and VP titles.

      Cons

      Large company, but run like a franchise. This creates an unhealthy competitive culture that diminishes moral and ultimately results in lost revenue.

      Pros

      Solid experience in Commercial Audio Visual installations will put you at the front of the preferred line. Projectors, screens, displays, Smartboards, wiring, cabling, computer controls, rack-building . the entire complete AV equipment package. Ability to think & work independently and meet necessary deadlines, use hand tools & test equipment; know how to solder & crimp connections.

      Pros

      A lot of opportunity to learn from other employees, yet you have to proactively seek out the information. Ability to work on-site for a Fortune 100 company. Talented group of kids who are easy to work with. 401k matching program is nice.

      Cons

      Compensation is pathetic - significantly less than national average. Benefits are terrible. No room for career growth. Unstable financial situation creates fearful work environment - I was never sure if I'd have a job the next day. Leadership places an absurd amount of pressure on employees, while offering no opportunities for career development & advancement. Not enough people to full necessary roles, so additional responsibilities are piled onto already overwhelmed employees. Management does not take the time to get to know employees & their strengths/weaknesses.
