Pros

The prestige of working at the largest AV integrator in the world. The tremendous buying power lands them many projects.

Cons

Totally messed up organization. People leaving like lemmings off a sinking ship. Failed to deliver on virtually every promise. Uses unethical tactics and advanced bullying techniques. Numerous human rights violations. Breaks employment laws.

Pros

Very good treatment from vendors and Tech Support. Looks good on your resume. Programmers, Project Managers and Engineers are Top Notch.

Cons

Understaffed, you are expected to work 60-70 hours per week. If you don't, you are not a "Team Player'. Technical levels of installers is REALLY low. Lots of broken promises, no bonuses, no raises, no promotions, no training. Don't even think about using your personal time off (PTO), there is no time for that! Sales, sales, sales, sales... all they care about is the numbers. Project Managers are expected to handle 20 projects at the same time and all what the engineers do fix projects after they have been sold.

Pros

Training. This company is very pro-training.

Cons

Bad Benefits, Bad Pay, Bad Management, and they would rather hire people with little to no experience than promote from within. I have been with the company six years and have been passed over for promotion seven times and the people that were hired were way less qualified. Some of them didn't even have experience in the AV industry. I have gone as much as two years without even a cost of living raise. The benefits are the worst I have ever worked for.
