While we can’t comment on each item you raised, we believe each is important and encourage you to bring them up to your manager in the upcoming September Employee/Manager syncs. Larger issues like time-tracking and procurement are organizationally necessary as we try to accurately track and bill our time to maintain customer expectations and be good stewards to create a stronger company. We agree that one size does not fit all and have given our offices autonomy in various areas, while trying to maximize the benefits of being the #1 integrator in the industry. It is a balancing act for sure and we appreciate your continued partnership in getting better at it. Thanks again for your thoughts.
