      Be a "yes" man

      Pros

      Most people I worked with caring and professional, and fun to be around. work was sometimes challenging and exciting.

      Cons

      If you are not a "yes man", you will be fast tracked out of a job. Have a problem with an employee? Good luck! HR will do nothing besides help fast track you to unemployment. Upper management comes in maybe once or twice a week, but demands everyone else to be in the office all week. Massive wave of people quitting do to horrible upper management. This company will be bankrupt in the next 5 years the way the constantly buy other businesses, ignore senior employees, and sell themselves to another bidder at every chance.
