      Pros

      After many years working for companies that talked about great culture but never quite delivered, this one truly does. Leadership is open, transparent, and approachable. Communication flows across channels, people support each other, and there is a real commitment to learning and growth. It is the first place in over two decades where I have genuinely felt happy at work.

      Cons

      Like any growing organization, things can move quickly at times, but leadership does a good job communicating priorities and keeping everyone aligned.

      You get to be your own boss since you will be the only Technician onsite. L1, L2, L3, you are all of them.

      Cons

      I didn't get sick days and couldn't afford to stay home when sick with COVID -I was in charge of a new building that EY built and then refused to pay the original AV install team I was a part of, so AVI-SPL won the bid to replace them so i got drafted to them. Still one of the funniest self-owns ive ever seen. I was trying to report that the Air conditioning in the server room was faulty causing the racks for the state-of-the-art event space to melt when the shift happened and it was a hot potato nobody wanted to touch. Hilarity ensued.
