      Pros

      Strong Communication Skills (No when to talk, listen and act as expert). Understand Market and great at understanding and documenting Market Analysis. CRM professional. Hunter, Motivated ALWAYS, AVI-SPL was the company where I had a complete portfolio of my technical expertise (Hosted, IM and Presence, Audio, video and web conferencing, Telephony, Network inf. and Audio Visual) as well as Managed Services.

      Cons

      Lpst on price was a common denominator (You shouldn't lose on price as people buy from who they like) People buy from who they like because of many facets of sales, i.e. company expertise, service, maintenance contracts, the "helping out" attribute that a hierarchy gives its colleagues is huge because not everything should come with a cost. Small Engineering group. Engineers here liked to take over client conversations (Not best practice). We take on so many jobs that it can lead to missing other opps and picking those opps that will ultimately drive the bottom line.

      Not How New Employees Should Be Treated

      Pros

      The salary is good. The employees are fairly nice.

      Cons

      Management does not give immediate training. The PM jobs are set up to fail. There are consistently job openings online for the same project management positions. New employees get stuck in a revolving door.
