      Work/Life balance, work from home option, great people to work with

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive with the market, people leaving in droves for more $$$, I received a $0.25 cent raise after being here for 3 years. Upper management has a connection to the employees and their needs. The benefits are not great. The rules are constantly changing...much like upper management.

      Pros

      You'll feel like the smartest person in every room. If you have a strong resume you'll quickly realize there are thousands of better options in Tampa.

      Cons

      Management had zero leadership skills, department was run by a blowhard. Everyone there, regardless of department has a loser mentality. Nothing is organized. You'll interview in one of the fro t clean conferences rooms but work in a dark room with no windows, stained carpets, outdated cubicles and computers. Upper management unequally as dumb as mid management and has no clue how to run the company. It's a technology company where people can't even operate speaker phones.

      Great company to work for at the time and had room for advancement. Loved the travel aspects of the job and the interaction with the public during service that was provided
