      Management only cares about the bottom line, and not the people achieving those numbers for them.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Busy but relaxed atmosphere. Co-workers are so energized and excited about the projects they are working on.

      Cons

      Low pay, no room for advancement. employer doesn't like to pay for new training classes so you don't get them. Even though they are a technology company they are way behind the times in things like working in the Cloud and using SharePoint.

      Pros

      There are a number of great people who I have had the pleasure of work with here in order to help our clients and new customers.

      Cons

      Growth in this company isn't the best and the compensation is not the best either. Leadership - I have been here a year and the upper management that has been here for over 10 years are moving on to different companies or positions. It is getting scary around here because of lack of sales and communication throughout the company
