      Onboarding is a bear. Zero chance you'll learn what is needed to be successful during your onboarding Collaboration is a buzz word. Especially from office to office Employee turnover is extremely high and there are no signs of slowing down. Employees are overworked and new employees are thrown straight into the fire. Client escalations are the only way to get leaderships attention. Office to office protocol is wildly different. And the worst one... it's all about the numbers. Employee satisfaction is very poor. Don't be fooled by linked in. Actually talk to someone who works there and you'll quickly find out how true this is.
