Pros
If you are full time, you get health insurance which is good. Good co-workers, in a fast working team. Sometimes Christmas bonuses.
Cons
*Not enough hours at all during slow time, even though if you are full time, depending on the area you may not get 40 hours a week in the winter months. I was not full time at all during winter months. *Turn overs in managements, so expect that. *Write ups don't motivate employees, it de-motivates them. *Long brutal hours in the Summer, no set schedule, expect to stay later than scheduled. *Payroll was not good. Don't expect to get paid every two weeks.
