Pros

Opportunities to learn so much about your field and gain meaningful experience from it. I appreciate all these learnings and experience.

Cons

The long hours, overwhelming workload and extreme management pressure became too much for me to handle. I didn't think anyone could keep up with the demands of the job. I was really happy at first but the management didn't take into consideration maintaining a healthy work-life balance for their employees so most of us got burned out.

Direct access to the owner who really cares about his team. They actually ask us what we want in benefits vs. making blanket, uninformed decisions. The people are FABULOUS! True hospitality professionals. You feel like a member of the family... not an employee!

Cons

After giving all your best to the company, there's nothing you could take back in return. Don't expect them to beg you from leaving because they don't care. They don't pay you good, not even provide you with good benefits.
