Quick money. They will hire you on the spot and basically hire anyone that can breathe.
Cons
Everything else. If you're going to work here get ready to be gaslit by every single person in leadership. The company owners seemingly refuse to invest in employees and instead will show up to work with multiple different luxury cars, and throw large tailgate parties with very expensive alchohol. If you are a woman/femme and/or BIPOC, it is as micro-aggressive as it gets. AVMS has absolutely no diversity or harassment training, and when I was there at least one of my coworkers was SAed. This company is spineless and predatory, they will nickel and dime you every chance they get, never set you up for success, and almost outright refuse to help their employees/technicians. I cannot condemn this company more.
