Pros

Management was great. They let me have a good mix of independence provided that I worked hard and didn't slack off. Loved working with different clients and doing something new everyday.

Cons

One bad coworker could really ruin the job, and unfortunately there were multiple bad hiring choices since they were desperate to find new people. I have also heard stories about someone who got a concussion from poor safety requirements. He also sued them because he wasn't getting overtime pay and was owed more than 10k. Definitely a "yikes" to hear about.
