In aws proserve you get to learn a lot, much more than what your immediate role requires
Cons
You need to spend alot of time after work hours with tasks such as blog posts writing/review, monthly mandatory training, mandatory certifications, it sounds like a good thing, but unfortunately you don’t get enough time to do that during your 9-5 hours and must catch up after hours
