Pros

Management does not bug you because they don't really care. The lack of engagement is actually strange. But it's nice to not be micromanaged.

Cons

Compensation is lower than the industry. The company has faced recent headline risk created by older reps that made lots of money and the new employees have to pick up the mess but are paid significantly less.

Pros

Endless training on how to sell life insurance and annuities.

Cons

They do not care about there employees. If you are a new agent you are thrown to the wolves. They will stop your benefits if you don't hit your numbers. Better off working at a gas station then for AXA. VP thinks he's gods gift to earth. If you want to SELL life insurance and annuities then AXA may be right for you. You will end up paying thousands of dollars in fees just to work for AXA.
