Pros

Benefits and pay. Having said that, when you calculate the hours you actually work the pay is very low

Cons

Bullying by management No career development or support Terrible training- in fact they don't get do face to face training Aggressive culture It's all about the money- no one cares about the customer Back stabbing No strategy No work life balance - it's very common for women to have their flexible working requests turned down when they return from mat leave Targets are impossible to reach so every month all the managers panic and start demanding everyone works longer hours
