Pros

Great team environment, people are always willing to lend a helping hand.

Cons

Full commission which is tricky when it can take anywhere from a few weeks to months until you close a deal, all depending on the poor support system from the NOC.

Multiple parties can book the same room for the same time. Always waste time to tackle the conflict who can use the room.
