Make as much as you want to make. Work as much as you want to work. Not limited to certain products

No days off. No benefits. Long hours. Limited training at my branch not sure if it's true in other locations.

in this company, we feel freedom in every aspect. Actuary, I am new grad but we can discuss with senior manager. In Tokyo, it is very rare.
