Pros

Good work life balance. Good paymaster for new hire. Open door policy. Perform, prove and progress. Optimistically located.

Cons

Lot of vintage crowd with complacent mindset. Should assess tenured staff and give them market / peer pay correction. Still sustaining on legacy processes. People involved more in politics than process. HR and Facilities think they owe and run the show.

Worst On boarding process

Pros

Nothing I can say, except that they finally released offer letter after 3 timings calling for it

Cons

HR people at Axa are very irresponsible, they do not care about your time while on boarding process. They asked me to come to their office to pick up the offer letter and kept postponing it for 3 days, and every day they used to call me and make me waited for the whole day filling some forms, they treat you like a college student
