      The interview is easy to crack if you are a Commerce Graduate, Basic accounting entries were asked, why AXA, your SWOT etc

      You can be given the freedom to gain experience at a level higher than your position

      Cons

      Politics! The company is in the middle of a merger and sales of some holdings. It also has made redundancies. Pay does not match market rates - or just depending on the role
