- If you have any problems, you can ask relevant colleagues for help. - The boss is willing to listen to the needs of subordinates - Workmanship is good - WFH 2 days a week, flexible working hours

Cons

- There are so many different departments that I don’t know which department to ask when looking for consultation. - Difficulty getting promoted (e.g. boss is not promoted/resigns) - The workplace is a bit far away
