Pros

Working in RBG you get a base but commission is it in half. You market with teachers and their 403b accounts

Cons

The money is made in selling the insurance to the teachers and your family and friends

Pros

Unlimited commissions. Not much else.

Cons

No base salary. They are dishonest about pay structure. You are expected to make 300 cold calls a day. Most people you talk to will already have been called by AXA multiple times or will be on the do not call list. No benefits. No real training. Very little organization. If you are a recent college grad living with your parents with no bills to pay and are willing to wait a couple years to make money, it could be good for you. Otherwise don’t take this job
