      Very nice change to banking. Great people who support each other and provide a very warm environment to work in.

      Cons

      Still a long way to go to master change but the good thing is that everyone wants to go on that journey.

      18.5 years of service, some things I've learnt: Great benefits Fantastic employee support groups Good ethos Exciting steps forward with ambitions

      Cons

      Some line managers need to get on board but when challenged, they do pivot. I think more investment needs to be done into lower level staff and management
