Pros

Supportive Management - management are friendly and approachable and keen to assist in your personal and professional development, whilst thinking about what the future might hold for you in the company. Recognition - management are quick to recognise your achievements and highlight individual and team successes to the rest of the business. Employee Focused - AXA obviously care about their staff and were extremely quick to get employees working from home at the start of the pandemic. They've also supported staff in terms of additional leave for childcare, for NHS workers who wanted to return and have done nothing but support their staff during this time. Approachable Senior Management - there aren't any barriers to communicating with senior managers, like in many other companies. I had a call from the Chief Operating Officer not long after I started to introduce himself and talk about my role. Our 'Head-Of' is in regular contact with the team and obviously cares about our success / visibility in the wider business. Culture - AXA is a very inclusive business and actively promotes and stands by it's values. We are expected to demonstrate how our work promotes those values - they aren't just a gimmick.

Cons

To date there have been no negatives during my time working for AXA.
