Hi We appreciate the time you’ve taken to leave your review. We know that everyone thrives in a culture that supports people, so it's good to hear that you enjoy working in a team with other highly valued people. Feeling good about the work you’re doing is vital, and we understand that pay is a decisive part of that. We work hard to compare our pay structure against the market to ensure every colleague at AXA is paid fairly. I’m sorry that you feel this hasn’t been your experience and recommend that you contact leadership to discuss this further. Thanks again for sharing your feedback. AXA People Team

Hello Thanks very much for your review. It’s great to see that many of our colleagues are benefitting from our commitment to support flexible working. We know that striking a healthy balance between personal and professional life is hugely important. We want every colleague to trust and value everyone else and not feel the need to constantly check and monitor their teammates, so we're sorry this hasn't been reflected in your experience. Thanks again for your review and the great work you've done for AXA. AXA People Team
