      Great for development and culture

      Pros

      There are lots of opportunity to develop and push your own career development. The culture is great with a big emphasis on inclusion and belonging too. As a young, disabled woman from a poor socioeconomic background, I feel like I have equal opportunity to succeed and achieve what I want, and like I actually belong at AXA UK.

      I have no cons, I think it's great working for AXA UK!

      Flexible working, Good remuneration. They do value their people.

      Cons

      It does get quite political as some people have been promoted beyond their competency. That did feel quite unfair.
