      Depending on management can be a positive place to work. Flexible working, yearly bonus and pay increase.

      Cons

      fast pace environment without consistency or recognition, Can sometimes feel like your being over worked and under paid.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      - Really good culture of people who want to do the right thing and grow the business together. - Support from management is great and there are plenty of opportunities to grow your career and develop in role - Really good work/life balance. If you as an individual want to work late, that’s fine but you won’t get a response from anyone else!

      Cons

      - IT kit and tech isn’t great (although it’s better than it was) - Sometimes the culture is too nice and we don’t force the right discussions to happen and make the tough choices
