Pros

Good place to network and meet people in the different divisions and regions.

Cons

No promotion potential, pay sucks, and this is not a real auditing job. If you are looking for a job to help with a CPA exam or a CIA exam, then this is not by no means a good way to get them. Management is not fair and is only concerned with themselves. They are quick to throw you on the road for a "project" but thety never go themselves. They do not want you to have a personal and family life at all. You are expected to do 3 jobs with a 1 job pay. What a waste !!!!!!

Pros

Top performers move up fast. Good pay structure. Offer good benefits. Good sales training with focus on promoting within.

Cons

Expect to work 6 days per week as a General manager. Half of the business is collections and you will have to go to customers houses to collect. Very tough work.

Pros

The money was fair and there was a LOT of work to be done. I wasn't bored. There is room for growth if you are tough as nails and want to fly solo. Good environment for the blustering, hard boiled types.

Cons

Communication. Non-existent at times. My boss wouldn't reply to important e-mails and I wouldn't hear from him for long periods. I would hear important news from third parties by chance. Job Security. Make a mistake or become even temporarily irrelevant and you are toast. I worked there three years and saw many good people fired without warning. Culture. Ruthless, brutal, non-encouraging atmosphere. Employees have a sense of dread. Afraid to say anything or take any risks because they have seen lots of people lose their jobs for trivial reasons. This company is a soul killer. It's NOT worth the money.
