Company idea is great, but Internally it’s messy.
Pros
Company has a really great concept that they are trying to grow that could be a really huge addition to MSSPs in the security world. Company is slowly starting to realize that they need to treat people better before they burn out and adding competitive PTO and benefits but still has room to grow.
Cons
Biggest one: asks current employees to leave good reviews on Glassdoor which doesn’t necessarily fix any of the internal issues. Has someone in HR that is involved in way too much of the company and shares things that definitely shouldn’t be shared with people. Forces people to wear multiple hats and creates burnout without the compensation needed to make up for it. Sometimes has the “let’s throw a pizza party to fix the issues” mentality instead of really trying to fix the problems internally. Adds/pays for directors and managers but doesn’t add any more technical staff to help manage the growth. Has almost as many board of directors as they do technical staff.
