Great atmosphere. Very good career progression opportunities and development system. Very good managers. People on the director board are really friendly. Regular communication takes place at all levels and information are cascaded from the board down the employees very frequently. Excellent benefits package including a highly competitive s package.

Cons

The travel to get to Witney. Considered relocating to Witney/Oxford however houses are expensive around these areas.
