Management sucks

Pros

The job itself is not hard if youre a fast learner and pay close attention to detail.

Cons

Management SUCKS. they submit payroll late, they are very dismissive of family emergencies. They also dont approve time off requests even if its over 30 days in advance. Not to mention higher management tries to bully employees into being silent when we discussed our pay grades amongst each other. None of the workers stayed longer than a year.
