Pros

The 2 best things about the company are all the different benefits offered. Healthcare, 401k, pension, health savings account, financial assistance for school, various health related education challenges and educational materials just to name a few.

Cons

Communication can be poor at times and the interview and job selection process is very inconsistent in terms of length of time it takes.
