Pros

- Good benefits - Very diverse workforce - Able to move up and or within the company (numerous locations in the US and worldwide) - Management, in general, leans toward servant leadership, mindful leadership - Employee development opportunities exist (tuition reimbursement, training opportunities, etc.) if an employee is motivated. - In general, people I've worked with on cross-functional or inter-Division teams are talented, collaborative and supportive - Great systems and processes (CAPA, Document Control, Complaint Handling, Validation, KPI tracking, core business processes)

Cons

- Very little opportunities to grow if you are at a manufacturing plant unless you're willing to relocate - Some systems like inventory control and scheduling are old and need to be updated - I'm finding that my salary was lower compared to comparable roles in my geographic location
