The reason you are reading this is because you just applied or going to accept some kind of offer from this company. Do reflect your personality upon this review. I have been working shift in chemical and refinery line for 12 years, this place is one of those refinery wannabe milk factory. None stop factory pace, factory job. Breaks in between minus 15mins due to walking from plant to locker to change uniform vice versa. Easy job but daily task multiplies like maggots. Easy job but OjT is EXCESSIVE. Less than 5% is related to the post you are doing. 1 out of 4 team’s supervisor does not deserve a place on earth. Be prepared to be rudely shouted at, pressurize, purged, breathing down your neck, impolite, insensitive towards you. I joined here coz I have been in a poisonous environment throughout my career. Well apparently, its most poisonous here. So do consider the kind of person you are with the kind of treatment or the workload you will be getting. Alike me, you might proceed with the offer unlike me, you might last more than a month. Who knows. Be grateful of whr you are. Appreciate all the blessings given to you.
