Pros

Not many. Pay is adequate but still on low end.

Cons

If you want to move up in Abbott, good luck. They do not promote within the company.

Pros

Great benefits. Health Insurance were fully paid for as long as you completed the Health Assessment once per year!

Cons

Terrible work environment! I highly discourage anyone from taking a job within the Corporate FP&A group. The culture is super toxic and the managers are very passive aggressive. Its a trickle-down effect from the C-suite.

Pros

Great people and important products that help society. I have never felt like I was being asked to do anything unethical. I like dealing with science, evidence, and decisions based on facts and not the feelings of someone in the c-suite.

Cons

Minimal remote working throughout the pandemic. No real team building. Morale is low because of the long hours. Constantly booking meetings over the lunch hour. No respect for personal time, especially if something is due to the FDA. The office really sucks.
