Pros

Good health care benefits, company car,

Cons

Don’t value experience, Ra-ra culture, favoritism, unrealistic goals, the work you do doesn’t relate necessarily to what you are going to get bonuses on and depending on what area you work you may or may not make bonus even though you might work very hard. Goals are always changing every six months or so. Corporate culture is changing- they’re only hiring young inexperienced people. Burn through the job within 1 to 2 years. High turnover.

Pros

Great Corporate job with a lot of room to learn and grow,

Cons

Whenever competitors change the landscape; Abbott is not one to innovate when it comes to business practices or winning over customers at least in the LATAM market. There are double standards, when it comes to business practices, and there should be guidelines that apply to everyone regardless of market size.
